Delete your account & data

You can delete your Kalea account and all associated data at any time. We offer two paths.

Option 1 — Inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Kalea on your iPhone or Android device.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

In-app deletion is the fastest path — it logs you out immediately and removes your data within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it, email us from the same email address you used to create your account:

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We may ask a verification question to confirm you own the account.

What stays on your device

Data you wrote to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) from Kalea remains on your device under your control. To remove it:

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and must be cancelled there:
